National Symphony Orchestra at The Center, February 24, 2011 The Center for Rural Development, 2292 S. Highway 127 (MAP), Somerset, KY, will host a one-night-only performance of the National Symphony Orchestr at 7:30pmET/6:30pmCT, Thursday, February 24, 2011, in The Center's theatre.
