He was a member of the White Oak Community Church

James Warren Brown, Sr. age 53 years of Columbia, KY passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at 10:45pmCT at his home after an illness

The funeral service Friday, January 28, 2011 at 1:00pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY. Bro. Davis Franklin and Bro. Jessie Hagan will be the officiating clergy. Interment will be in Roach Cemetery on Toria RD, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 4pmCT, Thursday, January 27, 2011 at the funeral home.



James Warren Brown, Sr., Adair Co., KY (1957-2011)

He was born on Thursday, June 27, 1957 in Clinton Co., KY. He was the son of Audrey Polston Carney of Columbia, KY, who survives and the late Horace Brown, Jr. He died January 25, 2007, in Columbia, Adair Co., KY, at the age of 53 years, 6 months, and 29 days.Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife Tammy Brown of Columbia, KY and the following:
  • One son: James Warren Brown, Jr. of TN

  • One granddaughter: Breanna Brown

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
He was a member of White Oak Community Church.

The family request that expressions of sympathy take the form of a donation to help pay funeral expenses and made be made at the funeral home. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge of funeral arrangements.
