Likes new ideas brought to community From Off Robert W. Flowers writes: I guess I have been one to tease about someone being from "off." I promise that I never meant it to be offensive. Some of my very best friends are from "off." I appreciate the comments of Charles Marshburn. I love my friends Randy and Mert Middlecamp and all others too numerous to mention. I like new ideas and as a new member to the city council, I assure all that I welcome new ideas. The year 2011 will present some fiscal restraints but, together, whether from here or "off," we can make our community a better place to live and raise our families. -Robert W.
