Obituary: Whitley Whitfield (Whit) Butler, 77, Metcalfe Co., KY He was a member of a respected Metcalfe Co. family, of the Baptist faith, and was retired from the Kentucky State Highway Department Whitley Whitfield "Whit" Butler, age 77, of Edmonton, KY, died Sunday, December 26, 2010 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Funeral services will be 2pmCT, Wednesday, December 29, 2010, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East ST, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Edmonton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1pm until 8pmCT Tuesday, December 28, 2010, and after 9amCT, Wednesday, at the funeral home. He was the son of the late Horace and Ettalynn Cummins Butler. He was retired from the Kentucky State Highway Department and of the Baptist faith. He is survived by the following:
