Obituary: Ina Louis Norman, Adair Co., KY, native

She was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker

Ina Louis Norman, age 75 years a resident of the Liberty Care Center in Liberty, KY, and formerly of Adair and Russell Counties, KY, passed away Friday, December 25, 2010 at 5:05pmCT, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY after a long illness.

The funeral service will be Tuesday December 28, 2010 at 1pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Jim Goff officiating. Interment will be in the New Hope Cemetery, 131 New Hope Church RD, Columbia, KY. Visitation after 9:30amCT, Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at the funeral home.



Ina Louis Norman, Adair Co., KY, native (1935-2010)

Ina Louis Norman was born on Sunday, September 8, 1935 in Columbia, Adair Co., KY. She was the daughter of the late Mont and Cora Atkins Kerns. She died Saturday, December 25, 2010, in Somerset, Pulaski Co., KY, at the age of 75 years, 3 months, and 17 days.

She was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker.

Survived by the following:
  • One daughter: Shelia Cross of Russell Springs, KY

  • Brother Rollin and wife (Linda) Kerns of Columbia, KY

  • One grandchild: Jessica Cross of Russell Spring, KY

  • Two nieces: Carol Sue McQueary of Russell Springs, KY, and Paulette Cox of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two nephews: Brian Kerns of Russell Springs, KY and Dennis Kerns of Campbellsville, KY
Expressions of sympathy may be made to help with funeral expenses and may be made at the funeral home. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
