Obituary: Montra B. Crabtree, 60, Adair Co. native

She was a member of a respected Adair County family.

Montra B. Crabtree, 60, of London, Kentucky, died Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Saint Joseph London Hospital, London, KY.

The funeral service will be Monday, Dec. 27, 2010 at 2pmET/1pmCT, at London Funeral Home, 879 S. Main ST, London, KY, with Jerry Hurst, Freeman Reece and Lisa Rutherford officiating. Burial will be in A.R. Dyche Memorial Park. Visitation after will be after Sunday, December 26, 2010, at the funeral home.

Montra Bradshaw Crabtree, 60, Adair Co., KY, native

A native of Adair County, she was born Tuesday, August 15, 1950. She was a daughter of the late Lawrence Bradshaw and Mary Christine Reece Bradshaw, Columbia, KY, who survives. She died Thursday, December 23, 2010, in London, Laurel Co., KY, at the age of 60 years, 4 months, and 8 days.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by the following:
  • Her husband: William Ronnie Crabtree of London, KY

  • Two children: Allison Jones and husband Jay and Scott Akin and wife Peggy all of London, KY

  • One brother: L. C. Bradshaw and wife Geneva of Columbia, KY
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Bradshaw.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to: Relay for Life, 100 Saint Joseph Way, London, Kentucky 40741.
