She was a waitress and member of a large, respected Russell Co., KY, family

Opal Mae Foley, S. Hwy 127, Jamestown, KY, died Monday, December 13, 2010, at 5:15pmCT.The funeral service will be at 10amCT, Saturday, December 18, 2010, at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N. Main ST, Jamestown, KY. Burial will be in the Kean Cemetery, Jamestown, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Friday, December 17, 2010, at the funeral home.



Opal Mae Bell Foley, Russell Co, KY (1937-2010)

Opal Mae Foley was the daughter of the late Claude Aaron Bell and Alta Simpson Bell. She was born in Jamestown, Russell Co., KY on January 20, 1937, and died in Jamestown, Russell Co., KY, on Monday, December 13, 2010, at the age of 73 years, 10 months, and 23 days.

She was a waitress.

She is survived by the following:
  • One son: Jeff Foley, Jamestown, KY

  • Three brothers: Willie Bell, Stevie Bell, and Ernest Bell, all of Jamestown, KY

  • Seven sisters: Frances Garner, Peggy Popplewell, Deloris Mann, Marge Pickett, Carol Claiborn, and Linda Huddleston, all of Jamestown, KY; and Helen Flowers, Deland, FL

  • Four grandchildren: Brandi Cox, Jarod and Tara Foley; and Ken Rodredues

  • Five great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by one son, Jackie Foley; two sisters, Mary Lois and Donna Bell; and one brother, Bobby Bell.

The H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N. Main ST, Jamestown ST, in charge of arrangements.
