She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church and attended Highland Chapel United Methodist Church Lucy Smith, 87, Burkesville, KY, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2010, at her residence. The funeral service will be at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main ST, Burkesville, KY at 1pmCT, Wednesday, September 8, 2010, with burial in Mud Camp Cemetery in Cumberland Co., KY. Visitation will be after 3pmCT, Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home. Lucy Smith, Cumberland Co., KY (1923-2010) Lucy Smith was the daughter of the late Ova (Anderson) and Albert B. Butler. She was born Saturday, January 6, 1923, in Waterview, Cumberland Co., KY and died Sunday, September 5, 2010, in Burkesville, Cumberland Co., KY at the age of 87 years, 7 months, and 23 days. She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church and attended Highland Chapel United Methodist Church. She was a former employee of the County Home in Muncie, IN.
