Obituary: Cosby Munday, 85, Adair Co., KY He was a member of a respected Adair County family. He was a US Navy veteran of World War II and was retired from Ford Motor Co. He was a member of Kellyville Community Church. Cosby Munday, age 85 years of Columbia, Ky. passed away Friday, September 3, 2010 at 1:12amCT, at Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room Columbia, KY. Funeral services will be Monday, September 6, 2010 at 11amCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Stanley Watson and Rev. William R. Davenport, the officiating clergy. Interment will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty RD, Columbia, KY. He will be accorded full military honors by VFW Post 6097. Visitation is after 3:30pmCT, Sunday, September 5, 2010, at the funeral home. Cosby Munday, Adair Co., KY (1924-2010) He was the son of the late Willie Edward and Elmer Dee Moss Munday. He was born on Sunday, November 2, 1924 and died September 3, 2010, in Columbia, Adair Co., KY, at the age of 85 years, 10 months, and 1 days.
