Obituary: Terry Randall Hammond, 60, Russell Co., KY He was a member of Fairview Separate Baptist Church. He was the head of family with a distinguished law enforcement presence. He had served 5 years at KSP Post 15 in Columbia, KY, before transferring to KSP Post 4 in Elizabethtown, KY. The funeral will be in Russell Springs, with interment in the county of his birth, Pulaski County, at Mill Springs National Cemetery. Terry Randall Hammond, 60, Cecilia, KY, formerly of Russell Co., KY, died Wednesday August 18, 2010, at his home in Hardin Co., KY. The funeral service will be Friday, August 20, 2010, at 12 noon CT, at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main ST, Russell Springs, KY. Bro. Donnie L Coffey will officiate. Special music will be by Dean and Sheila McKinley. Visitation will be after 8amCT, Friday, August 20, 2010, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery, 9044 W. Highway 80, Nancy, Pulaski Co., KY. Pallbearers: Neal Dalton, Jeff Dalton, Gared Neal Dalton, Burton Hammond, Garrett Hammond, and Charlie Stanley. Terry Randall Hammond, Russell Co., KY (1950-2010) Terry Randall Hammond was the son of the late Mildred Faye Loy Hammond and Bartie Green Hammond. He was born, Monday, June 25, 1950, in Somerset, Pulaski Co., KY, and died Wednesday, August 18, 2010, in Cecilia, Hardin Co., KY, at the age of 60 years, 1 months, and 30 days. He was a retired State Trooper who served from 1986 to 1981 at Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, before transferring to the KSP Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY, where he completed 23 years service at the time of his retirement. in 2009. He was a US Army veteran. and was a member of the Fairview Separate Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Cathy Brown Hammond, and the following:
