Wants information on hit-run in front of City Hall Witnesses asked to contact owner of damaged vehicle To ColumbiaMagazine.com: This morning between the hours of 7am- 9:15amCT, on Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, my vehicle, a Black Nissan Xterra, parked in front of City Hall, (116 Campbellsville ST) had the front bumper almost pulled completely off. No one tried to contact me (I work on the top floor) or saw anything. I have filed an accident report, but only have liability insurance. I would appreciate if you would run this story and ask for any information your readers might have.
