She was a member of Campbellsville First United Methodist Church and was a retired Taylor County Elementary School Teacher's aide

Patsy Williams, 77, of Taylor Co., KY, died at 8:35pmET, Friday, July 23, 2010, in Campbellsville, KY.

Funeral services will be at 10amET/9amCT, Monday, July 26, 2010, at the Parrott &Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY, by Rev. Ron Young. Burial will be in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 3878 Greensburg RD, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmET/4pmCT, Sunday, July 25, 2010.



Patsy Williams, Taylor Co., KY (1933-2010)

Patsy Williams of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Leslie Parrish and Mary Wallace Parrish was born in Lockport, Henry Co., KY, March 17, 1933. She died at 8:35pmET, Friday, July 23, 2010, in Campbellsville, Taylor KY at the age of 77 years, 4 months, and 6 days.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of First United Methodist Church.

She was a retired teacher's aide at Taylor County Elementary School.

She united in marriage to Donald L. "Don" Williams September 20, 1952.

Besides her husband, Don Williams of Campbellsville, KY, she is survived by the following:
  • One son and one daughter: Jeffrey L. Williams and wife, Karen of Worthington, OH, and JoAnne Hunt and husband, Larry of Campbellsville, KY

  • Four grandchildren: Matthew Williams of Manhattan, NY; Benjamin Williams of the U. S. Army stationed in Louisiana, Amanda Goff and husband, Russ of Greensburg, KY; and Alex Hunt of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two great-grandchildren: Claire Goff and Carly Goff of Greensburg, KY

  • One brother and three sisters: Woodrow Parrish of Pikeville, KY; Mildred Hohmann of Grove City, PA; Helen Frost of Williamsburg, KY; and Maudena Leigh of Danville, KY

  • And many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends
She was also preceded in death by seven brothers and five sisters: Boyd Parrish, Wallace Parrish, Leslie Parrish, Carl Parrish, Oscar Parrish, Roy Parrish, Charles Parrish, Ella Breese, Betty McCardwell, Mary Bryant, Josephine Payne, and Catherine Spicer.

Expressions of sympathy shoud be donations to the American Cancer Society or Hosparus of Central Kentucky.

The Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY, in charge of arrangements.
