She was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church and was a former assistant manager at Kmart.

Karen Fields, 51, of Campbellsville, KY,died at 1amET/12 noon CT, Saturday, July 17, 2010, in Campbellsville, KY.

Funeral services will be at 11amET/10amCT, Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY by Dr. James Jones and Rev. Tim Richardson. Burial will be in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 3878 Greensburg RD, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be after 6pmET/5pmCT, Monday, July 19, 2010, at the funeral home.



Pallbearers: Frank Fields, Kevin Grimes, Chad Harris, Ryan Irvin, Richard Miller, Scotty Nordin, Whit Salyers, and Mark Walny.

Karen Fields, Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Eugene Fields and Neva B. Widick Fields. was born in Detroit, Wayne Co., MI, Wednesday, November 5, 1958. She died Saturday, July 17, 2010, in Campbellsville, Taylor Co., KY, at the age of 51 years, 8 months, and 12 days.She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville BaptistChurch.

She was a former assistant manager at Kmart.

She is survived by the following:
  • Her sister and brother-in-law: Peggy and Tim Richardsonof Campbellsville, KY

  • Two nieces and one nephew and their spouses: Kelley andWhit Salyers of Lancaster, KY, and Karen and Kevin Grimes of Campbellsville and Frank and Jennifer Fields of Clinton Township, Michigan
  • Five great nieces and nephews: Hunter Ingram, Taylor Anderson, Makenzie Grimes, William Salyers and Aidan Salyers
She was preceded in death by one brother, Harold Gene Fields March, 1993 and one nephew, Joseph Fields.

The Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, in charge of funeral arrangements.
