Mr. Farlee was a former construction worker, truck driver, and farmer

Kelsey Paul Farlee, age 70 of Marrowbone, KY, passed away Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at the Cumberland County Hospital, Burkesville, KY, after an illness.

The funeral service Friday, April 2, 2010 at 2pmCT at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. Burkesville, KY with burial in the Mud Camp Cemetery. Visitation after 4pmCT, Thursday, April 1, 2010, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.



Kelsey Paul Farlee, Cumberland Co., KY (1939-2010)

He was the son of the late John William and Velma Marie Ballard Farlee. He was born on Thursday, July 27, 1939, in Cumberland County, KY and died Wednesday, March 31, 2010, in Burkesville, Cumberland Co., KY, at the age of 70 years, 8 months, and 4 days. He was a former construction worker, truck driver, and farmer.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Wade Farlee and Danny Farlee.

Survivors include his wife, Jamie Murley Farlee, Marrowbone, KY, and the following:
  • Two daughters: Melissa Rea Farlee and Nancy Renee Young both of Burkesville, KY

  • One son- Kenny Farlee, Daleville, IN

  • Three brothers: William Harold Farlee of Daleville, IN; Joe Farlee of Marrowbone, KY; and Starr Farlee of Alexandria, IN

  • Eight grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
  • Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. Burkesville, KY, is in charge of arrangements.
