Obituary: Dallas Elmore, Kings Mountain, KY

He was a native of Casey Co., KY. He was a member of Corinth Church of God and was retired from Halmack/Nutone Company

Dallas Elmore, 72, Kings Mountain, KY, died Sunday, March 14, 2010, at his residence.

Services will be at 1pmET/12 noon CT, Thursday, March 18m, 2010, at Corinth First Church of God, on Grove RD, Casey County, KY, with Bro. Jake Eldridge and Bro. Steven Willingham officiating. Visitation will be from 6pmET/5pmCT to 9pmET/8pmCT, at the Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY 49, Liberty, KY. Burial will be in the Corinth Cemetery.



Dallas Elmore, Casey Co., KY native 1938-2010)

Dallas Elmore was the son of the late Dee Elmore and Eva Hamilton Elmore. He was born in Casey Co., KY, on Wednesday, January 12, 1938, and died Sunday, March 14, 2010, in Kings Mountain, KY, in the Casey Co., KY, side, at the age of 72 years, 2 months, and 2 days.

He was retired from the Hallmack/Nutone Company and was a member of the Corinth Church of God.

He is survived by his wife, Freda Randolph Elmore, and the following:
  • One son: Danny Elmore, Lexington, KY

  • One daughter: Norma Santos, Versailles, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Emily, Hayden, and Abigail Santos

  • Three sisters: Elizabeth McCammon, McKinney, KY; Faye Hale, Perry, GA; and Barbara Briscoe, Lawrenceburg, KY

  • Two brothers: Dorsey Elmore, Hustonville; and Donnie Elmore, Middleburg, KY
He was preceded in death by one brother, Vernon Elmore.

Bartle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
