She was a member of the Adair Chapter of the Eastern Star #435 Mildred Thomas, 76, Adair Ave. Columbia, KY passed away Sunday, January 17, 2010 at 12:30pmCT at the Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY, after several months illness. The funeral service will be Tuesday, January 19, 2010, at 2pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY. Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1275 Liberty RD, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 10amCT, Tuesday, January 19, 2010, at the funeral home. Mildred Combest Thomas, Adair Co., KY (1933-2010) She was the daughter of the late Will and Carrie Holmes Combest. She was born Sunday, February 25, 1933, in Adair Co. KY, and died Sunday, January 17, 2010, in Columbia, KY, at the age of 76 years, 10 months, and 22 days. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Thomas on June 21, 2006.
