Burial will be in Bernard Cemetery in Russell County, KY. Joyce Ann Rikard, 59, Russell Co., KY (1950-2010) nn Rikard was the daughter of the late Mary Katherine Ryan Porter and Robert E. Porter. She was born in Elwood, Tipton Co., IN on Thursday, February 9, 1950, and died in Russell Springs, Russell Co., KY on Thursday, January 14, 2010, at the age of 59 years, 11 months, and 5 days.
