Obituary: Paul Wilson, 69, Taylor Co, KY

Mr. Wilson was a member of the Faith Baptist Church and had been employed as a plumber for many years

Paul Wilson, 69, Campbellsville, KY, died Friday, January 8, 2010, in Campbellsville, KY.

Funeral services will be at 2pmET/1pmCT, Sunday, January 10, 2010, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY, by Rev. David Wray and Pastor Wayne Brooks. Burial will be in the Parrott-Turner-Dabney Addition to Brookside Cemetery in Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be after 6pmET/5pmCT, at the funeral home.



Pallbearers: Bobby Joe Atwell, Twainn Newton, Jerry Osbourne, Maurice Pickett, John Sallee, and Tyler Wilson.

Paul Wilson, Taylor Co., KY (1940 - 2010)

Paul Wilson of Campbellsville, son of the late Leonard C. Wilson and Ida Bell Cox Wilson, was born March 19, 1940, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 1:25amET, Friday, January 8, 2010 in Campbellsville, KY at the age of 69 years, 9 months, and 20 days.

He professed faith in Christ and attended the Faith Baptist Church.

He had been employed as a plumber for many years.

He united in marriage to Betty French Ford August 19, 2000.

Besides his wife, Betty Wilson of Campbellsville, he is survived by the following:
  • Two sons and two daughters: Angie McFall and husband, Larry, Robbie Wilson and wife, Shelly, Darrin Wilson and wife, Suzanne and Karen Clark and husband, Tom, all of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two step-children: Darrell Ford and wife, Louise and Kathy Satterly of Campbellsville, KY

  • Eight grandchildren: Chasity Rodgers and husband, Christopher, Destiny Wilson, Mason Taylor Wilson, Sydney Wilson, Brooke Clark, Reagan Clark, Victoria Clark and Joey McFall

  • Nine step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren

  • Two brothers and one sister: Charles Wilson and wife, Adena, Louise Harris and husband, Kenneth and Larry Wilson and wife, Bonnie, all of Campbellsville, KY

  • And several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Randall Wilson, and a step-son, David Ford, February 10, 2009.
