Visitation will be after 5:00pmCT, Monday, September 21, 2009. Edwin "Tootie" Tarter, 80, Adair Co., KY (April 8, 1929 - September 19, 2009) Edwin "Tootie" Tarter, was born April 8, 1929 and died September 19, 2009, at the age of 80 years, 5 months, and 11 days. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ella Tarter, his wife, Fannie taylor Tarter, and two children, David Tarter and Linda Ford. He is survived by the following:
