Sixth graders must have physical, booster tetanus shot

A reminder to all parents/guardians of children entering 6th grade in August: 6th grade students must have a school physical (not an athletic physical) and a booster tetanus shot in order to be placed in a homeroom. If your child still lacks either of these, please make an appointment soon. This can be done with your family doctor or at the Adair County Health Department. Papers can be dropped off at the Board of Education on Greensburg Street or mailed to Adair County Elementary School, Attention Alissa Barnes, 870 Indian Drive, Columbia, KY 42728. -ALISSA BARNES
