Allene Sneed, 84, member Jones Chapel UMC Mrs. Sneed was a member of a large, respected Western Adair County family Allene Sneed, 84, a resident of Summit Manor Nursing Home, formerly of the Gradyville community, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2007, at Summit Manor after a long illness. The funeral service will be Wednesday, April 18, 2007, at 1:00pm CT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Larry Larry Brown and Bro. Willard Parson officiating. Interment will be in Jones Chaepl Cemetery. She was born January 8, 1923, the daughter of the late Jeddy and Zora Munday Price of Adair County.She was the widow of Vernus Sneed, who preceded her in death on October 25, 1992.Mrs. Sneed is survived by the following:
