Obituary: Hyman Radis Pierce, 79 Mr. Pierce was retired after working in the lumber industry Hyman Radis Pierce, 79, a resident of Summit Manor Nursing Home, died Sunday, December 17, 2006, at 4:10pm, at the Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. The funeral service will be Wednesday, December 20, 2006, at 1:00pm CT, at Grissom Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, with Bro. James Walker officiating. He was a son of the late Robert and Mary Smith Pierce and a former sawmill worker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mable Geneva Price Pierce, in 2002, and by one brother, J.B. Pierce, and two sisters, Lucille Richards and Delta Patton. Survivors include the following:
Visitation will be after 4:00pm CT, Tuesday, December 19, 2006, at Grissom Funeral Home. Grissom Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
