Obituary: Dennis Dewayne Page, 57, dies in Campbellsville, KY He was formerly a resident of the Sparksville Community of Adair County Dennis Dewayne Page, 57, a resident of Medco Center of Campbellsville, KY, formerly of the Sparksville Community, passed away Saturday, December 9, 2006, at 9:16pm at Taylor Regional Hospital, Campbellsville, KY. The funeral service Monday, Dec. 11, 2006 at 1:00 P. M. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, with Bro. Jessie Hagan the officiating clergy. He was the son of the late Harold Dewayne & Annettie Gowen PageMarple of the Sparksville Community. He is survived by the following:
