Obituary: Dwight Allen Fancher, 41, Metcalfe Co., KY

Dwight Allen Fancher age 41 of Edmonton, Kentucky died Sunday as the result of a single automobile accident near Edmonton.

Funeral services will be held 3:00pm, Wednesday, May 24, 2006, at Butler Funeral Home, on the Square, in Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Houk Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10:00am until service time Wednesday, May 24, 2006, at Butler Funeral Home.


He is survived by his wife, Laura Mae Fancher, Edmonton, KY, and the following:

  • His mother: Shirley Eugenia Erwin, Edmonton, KY

  • Six brothers: Dennis (Mary) Fancher, Indianapolis, IN; Joey, Timmy (Doodle) and Chris Fancher all of Edmonton, KY; Scottie (Laura) Fancher of Covington, KY; and Ricky (Angie) Fancher, also Edmonton, KY

  • Two sisters: Pam Fancher, Edmonton, KY; and Kim (Bobby) Frye, Glasgow, KY

  • Two step sisters: Louise (Tommy) Wright and Anita (Kendall) Wright both of Tennessee

  • And several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews
Dwight Fancer was preceded in death by his father, Maxie Howard Fancher and step father, Micky Erwin.
Butler Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
