Class of 2026: Departmental and Achievement Awards

Graduating Seniors in the Adair County High School Class of 2026 were honored for their achievements at an event in John Burr Memorial Gymnasium on Sunday, May 17, 2026.

Assistant Principal's Awards were presented to Lucas Dotson and Jenna Claywell. Principal's Challenge Awards were presented to Taylor Kingsley and Remington Huckaby.

Five students from the Class of 2026 were honored for their high scores on the ACT Test:
  • Abigail Kemp (English 35, Math 28, Reading 35, Composite 33)
  • Drezden Espinoza (Math 28)
  • Isaac Rexroat (Math 28)
  • Alexander Baerg (Science 35)
  • Preston Wilson (Science 35)
Seals of Arts Excellence were presented to 12 students for Performing Arts and 7 students for Visual Arts:
  • Seals of Arts Excellence in Performing Arts were presented to Angelica Bell, Emma Berry, Bethany Peterson, Chloe Grant, Anna Beth Sharpe, Kayli Patterson, AJ Ludwick, Eldon Furkins, Jenna Claywell, David Alex Pendleton, Abigail Kemp, and Creedence Wolfgang.

  • Seals of Arts Excellence in Visual Arts were presented to Keely Kerns, Cristobal Alejandro Pedro-Pablo, Mallory Smith, Genevieve Miles, Harley Grider, Colton Clark, and Natalie Sneed.
