Keith Anderson, 53, Adair County, KY (1972-2026) James Keith Anderson, of Columbia, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Taylor Regional Hospital, in Campbellsville, with his family at his side. He was 53 years of age. Keith was born on March 28, 1972, in Columbia, the son of Judy Johnson Anderson and the late William Douglas Anderson. Keith was employee of Motherson and a member of New Hope Separate Baptist Church. He had also previously been a forklift driver at Fruit of the Loom for 20 years, before being employed at Motherson. Keith enjoyed woodworking and crafting and going on cruises with his family. Keith was a classic car enthusiast and loved going to car shows. Above all, Keith loved his family dearly and spending every moment he could with them. Keith is survived by his loving wife, Susan Conner Anderson, of Columbia; his children, Richie (and Nikki) French, of Greensburg, Darris Anderson (and Rose Neufeld), of Russell Springs, and Lucas Anderson (and Jessie Salazar), of Columbia; and his granddaughters, Ayden French, Charlie French, and Rian French. Keith is also survived by his mother, Judy Anderson, of Russell Springs, his sisters, Amy Anderson and Janet (and Mike) Brant, both of Russell Springs; his mother-in-law, Carloyn Hamlett, of Columbia; his sister-in-law, Mia Conner (and Edward Joseph), of Cincinnati; and a host of extended family and friends. In addition to his father, Keith was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Sharon Rector. Funeral services are at 12noonCT on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Bernard Funeral Home, with Brother Billy Silverman and Brother Casey Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Russell Springs City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, and from 7:30 until the time of services on Thursday. Pallbearers will be Richie French, Darris Anderson, Lucas Anderson, David Powell, Alan Shepherd, and Cliff Skaggs. This story was posted on 2026-03-09 23:31:23
