Updated agendas for Dec 9 Hospital District meetings

Some changes to the agenda for the December 9 special called meeting of the Hospital District Board were necessitated by legal advice, according to Chairman Neal Gold.

The main agenda item for the first meeting will be to "Approve of termination of all Adair County Hospital District taxes for the tax year 2026 and beyond." A second special called meeting on the same evening is necessary to make the minutes of the first meeting official.

Both meetings will be held at 5:15pmCT on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in the Adair County Chamber of Commerce Building, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY.

  1. Call to Order: Neal Gold, Chairman
  2. Approval of minutes of November 25, 2025, special called meeting
  3. Approval of termination of all Adair County Hospital District taxes for the tax year 2026 and beyond.
  4. Adjourn
