Columbia Police Department launches Operation Christmas Spirit From Kila Kean Columbia Police Department The Columbia Police Department is spreading holiday cheer this season with Operation Christmas Spirit, a community donation drive to help local Adair County children and elderly residents along with residents at Signature Health Nursing Home. Officers are collecting toys, blankets, socks (adult sizes) and food donations, which will be distributed throughout Columbia and Adair County to families and individuals in need.
