CPD: Suspicious vehicle complaint leads to drug arrest From The Columbia Police Department Officers from the Columbia Police Department responded to a complaint regarding a suspicious vehicle on Hanley Lane on Friday, September 19, 2025. As a result, a Columbia man was taken into custody. Officer Dustin Bunch was the investigating officer. He was assisted at the scene by Officer Tyler McKinney. Joshua W. Holt, 32, of Columbia, Kentucky, was charged with the following offenses:
