LETTER: Cyrus releases 15 Greatest Adair County Books at 1:00 p.m.

Update March 19, 2006: It's posted. Click here
Dear Readers

The next time you're bored, zip over to town and buy a dozen ping pong balls, then try to juggle them, underwater.

That's rather what it's been like trying to select a representative list of 12-15 "Adair County books of general interest, non-fiction."

The awkward heading simply indicates this list is limited to books which focus specifically on Adair County and/or Adair Countians. There is another list.

The list below represents my best effort. It is not the list; rather, it's an appetizer for the nearly endless buffet of Adair County books, articles, essays and the like.

I am authorizing release of the list at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 18, 2006, at this site. I hope you will watch for it.

*Comments welcomed. And may the lively debate continue!

With thanks to the many who have helped,

CYRUS
Tough-hided Central Ohio Bureau Chief
*Comments welcome. But please stay on this subject and, pretty please, do not get personal. Many others of the planet's creatures are more thin skinned than I am.
