Jonathan Thomas, 48, Casey County, KY

Jonathan Travis Thomas, age 48, of Liberty, KY, passed away on Monday October 28th, 2024, at his residence.

He was born in Liberty, KY on June 29th, 1976, to Donna Evans Denson and the (the late Garland Denson) and the late Merl Thomas. He was a team leader for Honeywell.


Additional Survivors include: his spouse: Christy Watson Thomas, two daughters: McKenzie Pittman of Liberty and Kelsey Pittman and (Levi) of Stanford, one son: Blake Thomas of Liberty, six grandchildren: Sophia, Alayna, Jefferi, Kyndall, Raylyn and Malcolm, one brother: Brett and (April) Denson of Waddy, KY, and five sisters: Lisa Denson of N.C., Shannon and (David) Reid of N.C. Jenny and (Brian) Dangelmaier of Liberty, Rachel Thomas of Liberty and Sarah and (James) Moore of CA.

Visitation will be held 2:30 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Thursday October 31st, 2024, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday November 1st, 2024, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Gary Vest and Bro. Kyle Weddle officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Troy Cochran, Mike Rodgers, Joey Wethington, Brian Dangelmaier, Nathanael Blevins and Jeff Murphy. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kelsey Pittman, McKenzie Pittman, Blake Thomas, Luke Wethington, Levi Elmore and Andrew Buck.
