He was born April 22, 1979, in Harlan County, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Osborne. He was employed by Windstream.

Survivors include:
  • His wife - Deanna Lawrence Osborne of Campbellsville
  • Four daughters - Veda, Savanna, Lilly Mae and Serenity
  • His mother - Ann Collins of Harlan County
