Jerry Curry, 75, Green County, KY (1949-2024) Jerry G. Curry of Greensburg, Kentucky, son of the late Roy H. Curry and Evelyn Bishop Curry, was born on Tuesday, March 1, 1949 in Green County and departed this life on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 75 years, 7 months, and 14 days of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a member of Community Baptist Church, and attended God's Friendship Chapel in Campbellsville. He was a retired Master Plumber and had his own plumbing business, J & J Plumbing. He also worked for General Electric for 17 years and loved hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Judy C. Powell Curry having united in marriage on December 23, 1982. Other survivors include his daughter and son-in-law: Gerri Lynn and Jerry Cook of Indiana; a sister and brother-in-law: Vanda and Terry Wilson of Campbellsville; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Danny and Sue Powell; and a host of other family and friends. Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. The funeral services for Jerry G. Curry will be conducted at 10amCT Monday, October 21, 2024 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Bishop Cemetery. Bro. Mark Lile officiating. Visitation is requested from 4 until 7 Sunday, October 20, 2024 and after 7 Monday until time of the service. The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Family Burial Fund which can be made at the funeral home.
