Hazel Lewis Milam, 95, Green County, KY

Hazel Lewis (Moore) Milam, age 95, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2024. She was the daughter of Lewis and Bessie Moore.

She was born and raised in Greensburg, Ky. She made her profession of faith in Christ and was baptized in Liberty Separate Baptist Church.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer R. Milam and a son, Robert (Bob) R. Milam. She is survived by a son: Larry D. Milam and a daughter: Paula L. Milam, granddaughters Stephanie (Chad) Cummings and Kristin (Jason) Bramer, great grandchildren Savannah Cummings, Addison and Jack Bramer.

Hazel now is at peace with her husband, parents, brothers and sister.

The funeral service will be Monday, September 23, 2024 at 5pmCT at Liberty Separate Baptist Church in Greensburg, Kentucky with burial to follow in Liberty Cemetery in Greensburg.

Owen Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements and assisted by Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home.
