Chili supper, auction on Saturday, March 4 at Knifley will raise funds for Scout All candidates from the Wider Knifley Quad Counties Area are invited to attend. Businesses from all around the area have donated items for auction By Kathy Keith kathy.keith@ky.nacdnet.net The 2nd Annual Chili/Soup Dinner and Auction for Knifley Cub Scout Pack 12 will be held at the Knifley Area Volunteer Fire Department's Community Gym in Knifley at 5 p.m.CST on Saturday, March 4, 2006. A special invitation is extended to all candidates from Adair County and the Wider Knifley Quad Counties Area which also includes Taylor, Casey, and Marion Counties. There will be all-you-can-eat chili/soup, cheese, crackers, drinks and dessert for $5.00. The donations received from this event goes toward the purchase of awards earned by the boys: scouting supplies, materials, graduation trip, etc. Businesses in local and surrounding counties have donated numerous items for this auction. Please make plans to attend. Your support is greatly appreciated. Direct comments are not available.
