Garry W. Downey, 68, Columbia, KY (1956-2024) Garry Wade Downey of Columbia died on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Green Hill Manor in Greensburg. He was 68 years old. The funeral service will be held at 2pmCT on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Larry Huckaby officiating. Burial will follow in Columbia Cemetery. Visitation is requested from 10amCT until 2pmCT on Friday. He was born June 22, 1956, in Adair County, to the late Edwin and Ortella Keltner Downey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Karnes. Garry attended Pickett's Chapel Church, formerly worked at DeLaval and was a farmer. Survivors include:
