Legean Thacker, 75, Cumberland County, KY Legean Thacker, age 75, of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024. She was born on April 30, 1949 in Cumberland County, KY to Willie H. Thacker and Mildred Louise Riddle Thacker. She was a member of Rose of Sharon Church and was a former L.P.N. for Cumberland County Hospital and Cumberland Valley Manor. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister Madaline Willis, one brother, Jesse Thacker her niece, Shelia Stearns and her nephew, Douglas Thacker. Survivors Include: Nephew - Neil Ray Thacker of Albany, KY Special Nephew - Benny Stearns and wife Martha of Burkesville, KY Special Great Niece and Great Nephew - Kayla Brown and husband David of Burkesville, KY and Dusty Stearns and wife Brittany of Murfreesboro, TN Special Great Great Niece and Great Great Nephew - Katie and Dakota along with a host of other great and great great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends Funeral Service: Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 11amCT at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Rose of Sharon Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Tuesday from 5 til 9 and after 6amCT Wednesday.
