Laveda Taylor, 97, Adair Co., KY (1926-2024) Laveda Taylor of Cane Valley died on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at 3:00 A.M. at Campbellsville Nursing and Rehab in Campbellsville. She was 97 years old. The funeral service will be held at 1pmCT on Sunday, September 15, 2024, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Steve Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Cane Valley Cemetery. Visitation is requested after 5pmCT on Saturday. She was born October 4, 1926, in Adair County, to the late Joe Henry and Audrey Gertrude Farris Bennett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Max Taylor on April 4, 2014 and her brother, Paul Bennett. She was a member of Cane Valley Christian Church and retired from Fruit of the Loom. Survivors include:
