Randy Dean Ervin, 63, Metcalfe County, KY (1960-2024) Randy Dean Ervin, 63, of Edmonton, KY passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at his residence. He was born in Metcalfe County on December 11, 1960, to the late Willie Robert "Bootie" Ervin and Maelene Burris Ervin. He was of the Christian faith and enjoyed hunting, farming, riding his horse, and spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his wife Faye Belcher-Ervin of Edmonton; five children Kylee Pippin (Daniel of Glasgow, KY, Robert Belcher (Lisa) of Oklahoma, Edna Belcher, Melinda Dodson, and Brayden Dean Ervin all of Edmonton, KY; a special nephew he considered his son Aaron England (Tabatha); ten grandchildren Mariah, Caleb, Isaiah, Kynzley, Remington, Paizlyn, Coty (Lindsey), Dwight, Miranda (Hunter), and Chase; five siblings Patty Stalcup (neal) of Summer Shade, KY, Debbie Hoggard of Edmonton, KY, Michael Ervin (Linda) of Edmonton, KY, Tony Ervin (tammy) of Glasgow, KY, and Marty Ervin (Melissa) of Edmonton, KY; several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson Kyle Dodson, two sisters Sheila Ervin and Bonnie Bragg, two nephews Daniel Ervin and Dexter Harris, and a brother-in-law Clark Hoggard. Funeral services will be at 2pmCT Saturday, August 24, 2024, at Jessie-Wilson Funeral Home with burial in the Greasy Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday after 10am at the funeral home. Bro. Sammy Norris will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Hunter Lambert, Daniel Pippin, Coty Belcher, Dwight Belcher, Caleb Belcher, and Tyler Bray.
