Early voting starts Thursday From Lisa Greer Adair County Clerk In-person no excuse early voting begins at 8amCT on Thursday, May 16, 2024, for the Kentucky Primary Election. Any voters may vote during this time regardless of their precinct location. Voting will be open from 8amCT to 4pmCT on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, May 16-18, in the Adair County Annex Basement, 424 Public Square, Columbia KY. When you come in front doors, go straight ahead. then take elevator or steps to the basement. Remember to bring proof of ID. Click here for an Adair Co. Sample Ballot (2024-P, PDF). There will be no voting on Monday, May 20, 2024. Any voter who has not cast a ballot before Election Day, Tuesday, May 21, 2024, will need to vote at their regular precinct between 6amCT and 6pmCT on Election Day. Remember that some precinct changes were made for 2024.
