Some Adair Co. voters getting new precincts

From Lisa Greer
Adair County Clerk

The Adair County Clerk's Office is currently in the process of updating precinct lines to reflect changes in the Magisterial lines resulting from Reapportionment following the 2020 Census. This process is currently underway, and voters will need to know their new precinct for the May 2024 primary.

Voters that have precinct changes will receive two articles of notification in the mail: a postcard from the State Board of Elections and a letter from the Adair County Clerk's Office. The letter will have the new precinct and location of precinct for the voter.

Letters are being sent out weekly to voters, and roughly 600 Adair County voters will see changes to their voting precinct.

If you have any questions, please feel free to give Nadalie Inscho, Chief Election Deputy, or me a call at 270-384-2801, an email at Nadalie.Inscho@ky.gov or Lisa.Greer@ky.gov, or come in to the Adair County Clerk's Office at 424 Public Square, Ste3, Columbia, during normal business hours.
