Agenda for Tuesday Fiscal Court meeting

Adair County Deputy Judge Executive

The Adair County Fiscal Court will meet in regular called session at 6pmCT on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, in the basement of the Adair County Annex basement located at 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. The public is invited to attend.

In addition to regular business, items on the agenda include an opioid update from Serenity Counseling, a second reading of the Business License Ordinance, renewal of the Sonic Wall contract, an elevator contract, and new toilets at the Judicial Center.

New Business License ordinance now official

Adair County Fiscal Court held its regular monthly meeting Tuesday, February 27, 2024, in the Adair County Courthouse Annex. Two Magistrates were absent, Reeder and Hadley. All others on the Court were present.

The Business License ordinance was finalized on its second reading. After some discussion, the $50 annual license fee will be due and payable at the first of each new year. Since it has just been voted in, it is due the first of March, 2024.
