All safe at Summit Manor after small fire By Mike Keltner, Director, Adair Co. Emergency Management 1/24/24 Columbia - Adair County Fire Department, Adair EMS and other agencies have responded to Summit Manor Nursing Home to a report of a small fire in a light fixture. The fire was quickly controlled and all residents were sheltered in place. All residents and staff are safe. A report from Columbia Fire Department will come later.
