JB Piatt speaks to Adair County High School FBLA

By JR Thompson, ACHS

November 7, 2023 was a full circle day of pride and awesomeness as ACHS alum JB Piatt returned to speak to my morning classes on the importance of investments and planning for retirement.

JB is a 2023 graduate and serves full time as an investment adviser with RDS Wealth Management Firm. A former FBLA officer, state champion and national winner, JB returned to his Alma Mater to inspire the next generation of student leaders.

It was so incredibly rewarding to see him living out his passion and encouraging others to reach success through business. I'm so honored to have been his teacher and now friend! Thank you, JB for sharing your experience and expertise with us today. It was a great day to be an Indian! #alumni #FBLA #guestspeaker #wealthmindset
