Traffic caution advised in downtown Columbia Drivers should be prepared for extra traffic caution starting Monday evening, August 14, 2023, from the Veterans Memorial bypass around the Columbia Public Square and up Jamestown Street to the Parkway. The highway department will be doing milling work in preparation for new blacktop. They will work from 6pmCT in the evening through 6amCT each morning over the next few days until the job is done.
