Neighbors appointed to public health symposium By Zachary Jones Representative Amy Neighbors, R, Edmonton, was appointed to the National Conference of State Legislatures State Public Health Symposium after receiving nomination from Speaker of the House David Osborne. Currently, Representative Neighbors serves on the state Interim Joint Committees on Agriculture, Health Services, and Transportation as well as the task force on Kentucky's Health and Human Services Delivery. The National Conference of State Legislatures State Public Health Symposium is one of several yearly meetings sponsored by NCSL.
