Walter Melbourne Henderson, 90, Metcalfe County, KY

Walter Melbourne Henderson, 90, of Edmonton passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.

Born November 2, 1932 the son of William Henderson Sr. and Agnes Henderson, Mr. Henderson was of the Catholic Faith, a U.S. Navy Veteran, and a car salesman for many years before finally retiring from Gillie Hyde.


He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Dorothy Phillips, Roberta Fox, William Henderson Jr., Alice, and a half-sister, Melissa.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy L. (Walbert) Henderson, children, Dean Henderson, Raymond Walbert, Mike Henderson, Scotty Henderson, Juiox Henderson, Kathryn, brother, Steve Henderson, several grand children and great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, Jane Henderson, Jean Henderson, Mary Jane (& Buddy Jessie, Sharon Hiser, along with numerous other family members, and many friends.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted by Butler Funeral Home on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at 5pmCT in the Metcalfe Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation before the service.
