Please help RCP/LCDHD with quick survey

From Amy Weddle

The Adanta Regional Prevention Center (RPC) and the Lake Cumberland District Health Department (LCDHD) are collaborating with our local ASAP boards in the Lake Cumberland Region along with area youth to develop a Social Norms Media Awareness Campaign on VAPE/NICOTINE.

We would like your feedback on a quick survey. The survey asks questions about media platforms, media messages/campaign ideas; as well as gives you an opportunity to provide your own suggestions or ideas IF you don't see anything that would resonate or that you feel like would be impactful.

Please click on this link to take the survey forms.gle

The survey should only take about 10 minutes to complete. This campaign will seek to reach parents/adults and youth, across multiple media platforms or formats including: billboard, social media, posters, mailings, radio, etc. Our hope is to educate and bring awareness about the various issues and risks of the use of nicotine through vape or e-cigarette products.

We have surveyed our youth across the region over the past month and have received some valuable feedback/input - We hope to add your voice to theirs, to inform how we move forward in making the most impact with this campaign. Thank you for your time and input!
