Caregivers lunch open to all Wednesday, April 12

The Adair County Caregiver Support Group will meet Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 11amCT at the Extension office on Fairground Street in Columbia. This is an invitation for anyone that is caregiving for another person to come, have a complimentary light lunch and receive helpful information.

Emergency Director Mike Keltner is going to speak. If you are a caregiver, you need time away just as any worker needs a vacation from the daily stress of his or her job, according to the National Caregivers Association.
