Brenda Keith, 76, Columbia, KY (1946-2023) Brenda Joyce (Burton) Keith of Columbia passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was 76 years old. Funeral services will be held at 3pmCT on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY, with Bro. Ralph Foster officiating. Burial will follow in the Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 9amCT on Saturday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. She was born on November 8, 1946, in the Garlin community of Adair County to the late Henry Thomas and Narie Evelyn Coffey Burton. She was preceded in death by her husband Calvin Louis Keith and a brother Freddie Burton. Brenda was of the Christian faith and retired from Fruit of the Loom and Lindsey Wilson College. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her special nephews and niece Joey Keith (Nicole), Davey Keith (Shirley), Jamie Keith, Tristen Keith and Jessica Keith all of Columbia, KY; five siblings Ronald Lee Burton (Genet) of Edinburgh, IN, Audrey Burton (Harold) of Columbia, KY, Gary Burton (Judy) of Louisville, KY, Sharon Burton of Columbus, IN and Greg Burton (Roseann) of Edinburgh, IN; a brother-in-law David Harold Keith (Jeanette) of Columbia, KY and several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives. Pallbearers will be Joey Keith, Kevin Burton, Davey Keith, Jamie Keith, Tristan Keith, and Jeff Dickson. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
